• Maintain accuracy in inventory data collection, storage, tracking and maintenance of warehouse inventory.
• Generate and submit Eleos Kassie or Excel reports and information on the progress of warehouse activities and inventory.
• Focal point for all shipment inquiries (Inbound & Outbound).
• Consolidate requirements from B2B and B2C for operating consumables and ensure accuracy of all operating consumables asset database meets the contractual obligations.
• Internal coordination and verify procedures are maintained for all order fulfillment.
• Report and record faulty or inferior items.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving, picking and stock control
• Achieve KPI & target within budget and responsible for cost efficiency
• Ensure all data entry are keyed into the warehouse management system in a timely manner
• Prompt and efficient loading / unloading of goods
• Prepare accurate and timely weekly reports
• Ensure proper filing and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum “O”-Level qualification.
• At least 1 year of administration working experience.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in warehouse management system and order fulfillment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Team player, meticulous, customer-focused, dedicated.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
