Responsibilities

Reporting to Group Head of Talent Management, you will strategise, develop and execute talent management practices so as to attract, develop, retain and deploy talent to meet the organization goals. You will partner with senior management, line managers and HR partners to drive successful talent review strategies, talent identification, succession plans and monitor the development of critical talent. As part of a team, you will also be involved in projects relating to employee engagement and development

Key Requirements

You will have at least 10 - 15 years of talent management experience gained in a major MNC. With strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, you are strategic, proactive, a team player and passionate about people development.
