Staff Specialist/Manager - Data Scientist

In your new role you will:

Defineand implementthe finance-related business processlandscape in Infineon process intelligence solutions
Describe process model requirementsand identify relevant data sourcesneeded for data-driven analyses
Collaborate closelywith business process expertsand IT application owners
Implement business process modelsand dashboardsin the Infineon platform via process mining techniquesand ensure maintenance as well as continuous improvement of built models
Actively enhance capabilitiesof process miningand real-time process monitoringand translate outcomesfrom analyses to improvement potentials for finance processes
Train end-usersand process stakeholdersin analyzing their business processes using the developed process intelligence platform
Communicate process analysis resultsin a clear, understandable, and convincing manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Degree in informatics, computer science, information systems, mathematics or related disciplines
At least 3 years of professional experience in data science,preferably in an international enterprise
Experience in design and deploymentof data scienceor data analyticsfrom previous engagements
Interested in working in a dynamic start-up spirit-driven intercultural environment
Proficientwith programming languages (preferably Python) and process miningapplications(e.g., Celonis, UiPath)
Experience in developing predictive modelsvia Machine Learning techniques
Excellent in using non-scientific yet precise languages, verbally and in writing, to communicate complex solutions to business stakeholders
Knowledge in data preparationand transformation techniques(e.g., SQL)
Ability and readiness to use agile methodologiesin a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Passionateabout solving problems, and high need for data investigation and exploration
Familiarity with finance, procurement, or supply chain business processes in an enterprise suite (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft)
English (fluent in spoken and written)
