That’s why it’s important for us to find a Senior Marketing Manager who has the passion and drive to establish our pillar’s first Marketing function. If you’re the type who’s both strategic but ready to get their hands dirty in order to execute with excellence, you’re the kind of marketing leader we’re looking for!In this role, you’ll be working on a suite of software solutions that empower millions of eCommerce merchants to build amazing businesses!Responsibilities: Establish our pillar’s first Marketing function so that it is built for purpose and scale. This includes recommending and setting up our Marketing Automation software, workflows and future hires (internal and/or external) Manage marketing vendors and personnel. Work with our Performance Marketing Manager (contract) and agencies in order to reach our Acquisition and Conversion targets (app installations and paying customers) Develop and execute our marketing strategy to reach our Acquisition, Conversion and Revenue targets. This is wide-ranging and impactful: setting the function’s KPIs as well as being an executor of these initiatives yourself Write copy for demo videos, product announcements, email campaigns, app store listings, and website Define our brand look and feel, and tone of voice in order to increase our brand recognition and awarenessWho You Are: You are a quick learner and are unintimidated by a new challenge (“Bring it on!”). You are a problem-solver and love to get things done and done well (“This is doable!”) You thrive on feedback - good and bad - because you know it is the making of a good business You are a cross-functional wizard! You are a natural at filtering the important and urgent information from the Market to various functions of the business in a concise and inspiring manner. You are a Creative.
