Senior Executive

Key accountabilities 1. To develop and improve internal work processes to create seamless, hassle-free and efficient service.
2. Proactively support clinical ground staff for delivery of patient care.
3. Seek feedback as learning opportunities and act on them by entrenching processes which will ensure superior service for clinical ground staff.
4. Manage efficient use of physical resources (eg equipment, time, physical assets, supplies, medical consumables etc)
5. Assist in planning of staff and skills required for professional and efficient standardized operations.
6. Assist in management reports and clinical quality audits.
7. To improve on productivity and lessen wastages by reviewing, analysing and reporting on periodic expenditure.
8. Provision of efficient and professional support to the Manager of the Department with analysis and recommendations for improvement.
9. Plans and schedules meeting with correspondence to various enquiries from both Internal and External Parties with emails and phone calls.
10. Promote teamwork, co-operation and harmonious relationship among nursing personnel, medical and departments in the organisation.
11. Assist the Managers and Assistant Manager in invoices management reports.
12. Assist the Assistant Manager and Manager to improve on productivity and lessen wastages from the department by reviewing, analysing and reporting on periodic expenditure.

Qualifications & Experience - Recognized Degree/Diploma in a general discipline

• BCLS & AED trained will be preferred but not mandatory
• Candidates with relevant experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with an analytical mind and good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
