Senior Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Timely submission of monthly financial reports and variance analysis.

• Assist in the preparation of annual audited statutory accounts with the external auditors.

• Handle costing functions and monitor food costs and related issues including normal menus, sponsorship and F&B promotion events.

• Booking of F&B invoices, ensure quantity received as per purchase order.

• Perform reconciliation and analyse stock movement and variances of food cost.

• In charge of monthly F&B inventory count.

• In charge of Fixed Assets register.

• Review all petty cash disbursements & reimbursements (includes casual labour payments) are in order & properly accounted for.

• Support any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
  

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/ Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

• 3 year of relevant experiences in Country Club / F&B industry.

• Good inter-personal and communication skills and able to work across departments.

• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.

• Meticulous and has an eye for details.
