Have a passion in making a difference and improving our living environment in Singapore Estates?

You will work closely with the Property Manager to provide excellent support to estate residents in executing daily estate inspections to ensure high quality standard of horticultural, maintenance and implement improvement works. In addition, you would need to manage and attend to residents/tenants’ feedback as well arrears cases.

• Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• A teams player with good interpersonal and organization skills
• People-oriented with a willingness to learn
• Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays
• Working location: North / North-East
• Working hours: 5.25-day (alternate Saturday off)
