Job Description:
  • Arrange bookings and coordinate of all operational aspects with shipping lines and other logistic providers in a timely manner
  • Prepare full set of Shipping Documentation for ocean import/export shipments (i.e Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices, Insurance Documents, etc)
  • Participate in sourcing and compare the freight quotation
  • Responsible for order/data accuracy and quality in computerized system and SAP
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedure
  • Ensure compliance with import/export laws and regulations
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in related field
  • Have experience in freight forwarder will an advantage
  • Booking experience will be an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize work, well organized and good coordination
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to start within short notice
  • Training will be provided
