About the Role

We’re looking for an IT Support Technician to provide enterprise level service for our corporate teams. You will solve hardware and software issues and requests for a variety of computer and mobile platforms. This role will provide support for our corporate events, on-site management of computer inventory, new hire onboarding, and work with teams across the organization. This role reports to the IT Operations Manager.

You will join a team of technical support professionals that provide enterprise level service for our corporate teams globally. We strive to provide helpful and knowledgeable technical assistance on a daily basis. We’re focused on providing a positive customer service and user experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Solve computer hardware and software issues
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support
  • Seek guidance from the team when needed
  • Be flexible and available for after hours support
  • Setup and configure MacOS, Windows, Linux, and Chromebook computers
  • Provide audio and video support for company events
  • Processing hardware and software requests
  • Work in a team environment
  • Create and update technical documentation

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of proven work experience in a technical support or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Jira Service Desk)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
  • Experience with support events using Zoom, BlueJeans or similar tools

  • Experience with Jira Service Desk, JAMF, InTune
  • CompTIA A+ Certified
