IT Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting and support to internal sales and customers for Infra/networking and/or cloud-based UC solutions.

• Participate in the tender process from requirement gathering and proposal submission to tender awards.

• Participate in customer engagement and presales activities to work on specification, design, implementation, testing, customer training, and deployment duties.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on-site, addressing the technical needs of customers.

• Carry out technical-related activities and respond to incidents, escalations, and maintenance-related activities in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma holder in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or relevant IT certifications.

• At least 3 years of working expertise as a presales/post-sales engineer managing and implementing systems, network infrastructures and cloud support.

• Hands-on technical experience working with switching, routing, wireless, Microsoft 365 Administrator Knowledge will be highly advantageous.
