• Industry/ Organization Type: Accounting Firm
• Position Title: IT Manager
• Working Location: Telok Ayer
• Working Hours: 5 days (M-F, 8.30 am – 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $5,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• To support internal employees on all Information Technology matters, including the support of cybersecurity for the company.
• Data Protection and Retention, Server and Storage Consolidation, Virtualization and Cloud Computing Solutions.
• Installation and setting up of office broadband, firewall, servers, routers, workstations, relocation of offices.
• Inventory control of laptops and licenses and maintain serial numbers.
• To initiate write-offs and approval for disposal of assets.
• Evaluate the performance and support level of the various PCs and laptops and make the necessary recommendations on future purchases.
• Providing support (Remote Access, Teamviewer support, chat) to end-users.
• IT Compliance and Audit Coordination
• Review and Develop IT Policy
• Prepare relevant IT guides to the new change of process or settings.
• Drive Security Awareness and perform Risk Assessment & Implement Controls
• Manage IT Budget for company
• Manage IT infrastructure development and upgrades for the company.

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and /or with IT-related discipline in relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP etc.
• At least 3 years of working experience in IT Security related role with a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as ISO, NIST, SOX, COBIT
• Familiar with Multi-Media Software is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to multi-task in all IT related matters.
