Requirements

  • Degree in relevant discipline with professional diploma in HRM preferred.
  • 4 - 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in multi-national manufacturing company is preferable.
  • Well-versed with Singapore Labor Laws, including application for foreign work permits/employment passes.
  • Knowledge of PDPA and RBA Code of Conduct will be advantageous.
  • Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and work independently.
  • Resourceful, self-driven and high degree of professional integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
