  • Design and produce printing artworks/FA according to customers’ requirement using AI and photoshop
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with customers and sales team for artwork approval
  • Perform quality check on print result for ink density and accuracy of design according to customers’ requirement
  • Prepare, check and liaise with suppliers on printing tooling approval
  • Handle telephone calls and emails
  • Ensure diligent follow up, negotiate and close sales with customers
  • Provide administrative support to sales team inclusive of preparing sales quotation, issuing of job sheet, etc and filing of documents
  • Coordinate timely delivery of goods
