Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences? Do you have a knack for leadership and a commitment to ensuring guests receive top-notch service? Join as a Restaurant Supervisor, where you will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team to provide an unforgettable culinary journey for our esteemed hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Satisfaction: Lead by example in delivering exceptional service, ensuring that each guest’s dining experience is memorable and exceeds their expectations.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the restaurant staff to uphold the highest standards of service, professionalism, and teamwork.
Seamless Operations: Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, basic knowledge of food and drinks menu, including reservations, seating arrangements, order accuracy, and timely service.
Quality Control: Maintain the quality and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring they meet the hotel’s standards of excellence.
Guest Interaction: Interact with guests, taking their feedback and addressing any concerns promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and guidance to enhance staff skills, ensuring consistent excellence in service delivery.
Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for peak dining hours and special events.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the culinary team, management, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- The candidate should possess the following:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent team player and friendly individual.
- High initiative and positive attitude.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills. May be required to work weekends, and/or holidays, depending on business requirements.
