Finance Accounts Executive (AR, Maritime)

• Perm Role with Bonus
• Min 3 years of experience in credit and control function with knowledge of credit risk analysis
• Experience in a shipping environment would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Timely collection of payments
• Following up on disputes on invoices and queries and ensuring they are attended to promptly
• Provide prompt updates on customers’ accounts
• Preparing of Statement of Accounts for customers and reports to agents
• Report collections forecast
• Management reporting
• Working with internal and external parties – billings and sales teams, customers, and agents

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance or related field
• Min 3 years of experience in credit and control function ideally in a shipping environment
• Knowledge of credit risk analysis
• Computer literate, excellent in MS Excel.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, spoken and written
