Facilities Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking charge of the Facilities Management team to ensure efficient execution of both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective actions.

• Orchestrating the collaboration between internal resources and external vendors to flawlessly carry out multiple projects.

• Providing support and expert guidance for the comprehensive operational management and leadership of the Facilities Management Team.

• Formulating long- and short-term strategic plans for quality assurance, aimed at the continuous and uninterrupted functioning and upkeep of buildings, plants, equipment, and all infrastructure assets and facilities.

• Overseeing the management and implementation of development and enhancement projects, as well as initiatives related to environmental sustainability.

• Coordinating internal teams and external parties to ensure seamless project execution.

• Adhering to budgetary targets and adapting project constraints as necessary through financial analysis.

• Ensuring strict adherence to all legal regulations by closely collaborating with governmental bodies.
  

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities, Construction, or a relevant field, coupled with 5 years of pertinent work experience.

• Holding a PMP/Prince II certification would be advantageous.

• Certified as a Fire Safety Manager.

• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications.

• Displaying exceptional communication, interpersonal, and information technology skills.
