Executive, Operations Planning & Development

Job content

• Work closely with departments within the Island Operations Division to understand their operations needs and translate them into planning parameters of the Division’s mid to long term action plans.
• Provide general support to Divisional Director and Operations Planning and Development team to coorinate, monitor and track activities of Island Operations Division
• Assist in annual budget planning exercise and productivity initiatives for Island Operations Division
• Provide secretariat support under crisis management framework in the event of crisis

• Dipoma or Degree in Business, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering or related field
• At least 1-2 years working experience in a project coordinator role
• Proficient in documentation and buidling presentations, for example, documenting process workflow, standard operating procedures, building business cases driven by data
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Working experience in SQL, Tableau or any analytics open source tools will be an advantage
• Possess proactive and problem solving mindset
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to handle new information and adaptive to change
• Service-oriented and meticulous in nature
• Experience in handling long duration projects spanning more than two years will be an added advantage
