Basic Salary Range: $2,500 to $2,800 + Commission

Senior Events Sales Executive (Event and Exhibition)

Basic Salary Range: $2,800 to $3,400 + Commission

Events Sales Manager (Events & Exhibition Builder)

Basic Salary Range: $3,800 to $4,200 + Commission

Our Client is looking for individuals to join the workforce in the effort of expansion. In this position, you will develop sales strategies for closing and maintaining customer relationships.

About Our Client

Our client specializes in creating events and exhibitions through skilled fabrication, fueled by a strong dedication to supporting remarkable experiences. They possess advanced carpentry skills enhanced by automation, which have empowered them to craft unique setups for various events over the years. Their notable clients are Lazada, Heineken, Tiger Beer, Singtel, Dash, and Maje. They have come a long way from their modest origins as a combination of a large-format printing business and a carpentry workshop, demonstrating substantial growth.

Description and Responsibilities:

• Canvasing of new business based on direct marketing and referrals

• Build and manage good relationships with new and existing clientele

• Creating official quotations with estimate software

• Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies

• Handling client project enquiries on specifications and lead-time

• Conduct site-recce, sales, and tendering presentation

• Prepare quotation and Delivery Order

• Research, expand supplier/vendor listing on project related

• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

• On-the-Job Training provided
  

Requirement:

• Familiar with the preparation of official quotations with a standard online template

• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• High-level communication and networking skills

• Good project management skills that include working collaboratively with designer, production, external contractor, and suppliers to complete each project

• Have not attended any salary support programme such as CCP, PnT, etc.
  

Benefits:

Probational Period: 3 months or less

Annual Leave: 12 days

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

9am to 1pm (Saturday - Report to office only when necessary)

Working Days: Monday to Friday and Saturday on Time-off (Privilege and only when there is no pending job duty on hand)

Dental Claim: UP to SGD$100/year

Medical Claim: Capped at SGD$250/year

Transport Claim: Capped at SGD$500/month (With own transport) or

Capped at $250/month (By Grabcar/ Taxi)

Phone Bill Claim: Capped at SGD$50/month
