Director, (Team Lead), Physical Security, APAC

Lead a team responsible for all physical security across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Physical Security across APAC.
• Assess risk and physical security protocols.
• Drive risk best practices, policies, and standards.
• Develop risk mitigating strategies to ensure security objectives are met.
• Conduct security investigations.
• Support Crisis Management.
• Oversee regional security operation centres.
• Ensure compliance with applicable security standards.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent company externally.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in corporate of physical security field
• Must have experience in a multinational environment, leading a regionally based team across multiple locations and multiple sites.
