Roles and Responsibilities:

• Designing various digital and social media marketing (SMM) strategies to build awareness and drive consideration for business;
• Creating and managing the Company’s social media accounts and communication platforms (WeChat, WhatsApp, Google and Facebook) to build engagement with customers, generate leads and enrolments, and handle customer feedback;
• Managing different marketing channels and use search engine optimisation (SEO) to generate traffic;
• Developing and working with external vendors to develop both print and digital marketing collaterals, such as e-banners, videos, and audios;
• Conducting copywriting for both internal and external corporate communications, such as corporate handbook, brochure, and social media posts.

Required Knowledge and Skill Sets:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in SMM and content writing
• Prior experience in managing social media platforms / channels
• Creative ability and good written communication skills
• Good working knowledge/experience in WeChat, Google Analytics, Ads and WordPress
• Prior experience working with influencers
• Good understanding of Singapore’s social media landscape

Qualifications & Desired Attributes:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications Studies (or equivalent) disciplines will be advantageous
• Minimum ‘A2’ in GCE ‘O’ Levels English Language (equivalent or higher)
• Resourceful, independent and ability to work well under deadlines
• Confident speaker and writer, with strong interpersonal skills
