Our team is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to plan, coordinate, implement and oversee various marketing campaigns for a range of products and services. The campaign manager’s duties will include briefing external agencies and freelancers, monitoring and assessing campaigns, and measuring the ROI of campaigns. To be successful you will need to have experience in managing digital, print and TV campaigns.

What you will be doing:

  • You will be in charge of developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. Channels will include web, Linkedin, social media, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Providing performance insights while also pro-actively researching best practice standards on an ongoing basis
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns - internal and external
  • Take meeting notes during client meetings and relay next steps to team members so they are clear on what needs to be done
  • Define project scope, performance plan and breakdown timeline when required for prospects (new pitches) and existing clients
  • Work with team (virtual and in-house) to create marketing collaterals, distributing on various social and media platforms and evaluate their impact and effectiveness
  • Send in weekly reports to clients so that they are aware of the project progress, project risks or additional required resources.
  • Answer any client questions promptly and reporting to them effectively.
  • Setup funnels in a visual format that is clear for reporting on Google Slides, following our company’s processes.
  • Setup automations on Zapier.
  • Follow up with SEO Keyword researches and opportunities for clients + our accounts monthly, then work with our content writer to set up the content
  • Teach the team and interns weekly about best practices, our aim is to foster a learning environment so we will take turns to do this.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Work collaboratively and communicate with the project manager and interns to help manage clients expectation of deliverables
  • Work with team to produce high-quality designs, artworks and layouts for a variety of digital and print assets for ad campaigns
  • Extracting performance reports from respective channels and setting it up according to our branding guidelines for external clients
  • Ensure that all client requirements are planned and executed in a manner that will meet the implementation goals.
  • Some administrative work may be needed

We are looking for someone who

  • Loves technology – both the ‘right brain’ creative-type work, and ‘left brain’ logical/analytical-type work
  • You need to have some experience and demonstrated results with paid marketing – we expect you to lead the end-to-end paid marketing process: from creative generation (video + creatives) and copywriting to campaign management, analytics and conversion rate optimization
  • You need to be creative and resourceful – unlike big companies, we do not have a large budget or team for you to work with. You need to progress initiatives, with little resources available at your disposal
  • You need to be an autonomous, self-motivated person who can move things forward, without us having to push you
  • You need to constantly seeking out new innovations in digital marketing to help clients get the most optimal results

Over the span of the first 3 months, you goal is to build SOPs for our team on best practices to run ads across different channels. We hire 3 interns on rolling basis so you will also have their help to work with you on an ongoing basis.


What you will be responsible for

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, linkedin, social media and display advertising.
  • You will be responsible for managing client requests and facilitating communication with them.
  • You are responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. You will be playing a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
  • Keeping abreast of current trends in marketing.


  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Several years’ related job experience may be strongly preferred.
  • Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Design skills on Canva, Photoshop or similar
  • A good understanding of current marketing trends
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time.
