• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Creative Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the creative process.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Film, Media Production, Communication, Marketing).
• Proven experience as a Creative Producer or similar role in the creative industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative storytelling.
• Proficiency with project management software and creative tools.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Knowledge of industry-standard production processes and techniques.
