Content Creator cum Art Teacher (Art Studio)

We are a Singapore-based resin art studio conducting resin art workshops and selling resin art supplies.

We are are small team of 4 and currently looking for a new full timer to help with content marketing, as well as to teach art workshops at our studio.

If you are in the design or marketing field and would like to embark on a creative journey to learn a new art medium, this might be the role for you!

You do not require experience in working with resin (of course, its a bonus if you do). Training in working with resin will be provided to equip you with the right skills and techniques in order for you to teach.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in any field, preferably in design or marketing
• Able to use apps or software to create content (e.g. Canva, photoshop, illustrator, mailchimp)
• Savvy with social media and content creation

• Bonus: Able to design, good in photography and videography
• Good with arts and crafts / any art medium

• Vocal with a good command of written and spoken English

Main duties (but not limited to):

Creative Marketing

• Come up with sales and marketing tactics for social media platforms, including email marketing (EDM)
• Create and execute content in-line with our sales and marketing tactics (taking photos, videos, designing collaterals, etc.)

Other Admin duties

• Manage workshop sign ups, send reminders and follow up messages before and after workshops to our students
• Follow up with sales leads and liaise with clients and schools for workshops and product-related enquires (both via phone and email)

• Manage sales distribution channels

Teaching Workshops (Training will be provided)

• Teaching workshops at our studio and at external locations (offsite)
• Building relationships with our students and stakeholders
• Assist with social media postings during workshops
• Set up before and clean up after workshops, transport materials, where necessary
• Refilling supplies in the workshop area, where necessary
• Studio keeping before and after workshops

Work Location:

• Bugis area

Commitment:

• 5-day work week. May be required to teach on Saturdays.
• You would spend about 3 days teaching and 2 days working on content creation / other duties. The ratio may change depending on workshop sign ups / festive seasons.

Remuneration:

• $2500 to $3000, depending on suitability and experience of candidate
