Job Title: Senior Kitchen Equipment Technician

Position Summary:

• Knowledgeable and able to independently install, repair & mantain F&B equipments. (Electrical, Refrigeration, Hot, Cold, Gas Kitchen equipments)
• Provide relevant equipments recommendations on technical requirements based on Client’s kitchen layout
• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance
• Ad-Hoc duties assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in kitchen equipment repairs
• Class 3 Driving Licence
• Any relevant prior experience will be considered, and/or
• Higher Nitec in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

Requirements:

• Able to understand English and Chinese technical manuals
• Able to converse and write in English and Chinese
• Good working attitude
• Willing to learn
• 5 days work week
