As a Business Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to shape the growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue generation. Your expertise in sales, marketing, and relationship management will be instrumental in achieving the company’s objectives and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including key account clients, partners, and industry influencers
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market segments for business expansion
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products or services and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and negotiations to close deals
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and market dynamics
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through partnerships and formulate new ideas for B2B collaboration
  • Structure and execute proposals and commercial deals ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and manage ongoing client relationships
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to customers by gathering customer feedback and market intelligence to provide input into the development and/or improvement of the platform services
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure that offerings meet customer needs and are aligned with market demand
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives
  • Attend conferences and networking sessions to increase the company’s customer outreach

Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical/engineering/environmental, business/economics or other related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Sales, and/or Distribution/Channel Management
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • A strong track record of achieving sales targets, and relationship management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, will be advantageous
