Senior Executive Brands & Category Partnership – Sephora Southeast Asia (1 Year Contract)

Whether supporting our commercial campaign planning, digital initiatives, loyalty program, and driving brands partners’ marketing strategies, we are constantly finding ways to optimize our partnership with brands to drive engagement with our clients.

Your Role At Sephora

As a Senior Executive, Brand & Category Partnership, you will be responsible for supporting & executing marketing plans for Sephora brand partners that drive sales and keep Sephora competitive and beloved by clients. Reporting to the Manager, Brand & Category Partnership, you will partner with brands to optimize programs using Sephora’s marketing levers. In addition you will serve as:


Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Brand Marketing support
  • Supporting the brands & category partnership team with marketing activities drive excitement and traffic to both stores and online.
  • Lead as main Marketing contact for a selection of Exclusive Brands across the Key Categories of Makeup, Skincare, Haircare, advising brands on how to win at Sephora from a channel marketing standpoint to achieve mutually beneficial business objectives
  • Channel marketing support, including sampling strategy, social media strategy, co-op advertising, and consumer messaging to achieve mutually beneficial business objectives
  • Analyse and report on Sephora and brand ROI for collaborative marketing. Utilize data to make recommendations to deliver win-wins for both the brands and Sephora
  • Assist with the collation of information for promotional or animation campaigns.
  • Assist with Omni Channel Campaigns set up.
  • Assists social media and Influencers management with large projects, events, and community management
  • Works as part of a team to develop marketing initiatives for brand partners
  • Supporting the Marketing team by conceptualising and executing Regional Marketing initiatives
  • Briefing of marketing materials and communications by working closely with Regional Creative team
  • Supporting deadlines by prioritizing key campaigns across the brands and the overall team
  • Serve as the go-to marketing contact for the Sephora category merchant(s)
  • Build reciprocal partnerships cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization: merchandising/brands, store marketing, digital marketing, .com merchandising, store education, loyalty, and analytics teams

Requirements:

  • Degree in relevant discipline (Marketing, mass communication, PR & Advertising or Business)
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in retail industry
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles, with strong copy/ content writing skills
  • Proven project management skills, strong administration and organizational skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Confident with all Microsoft Office packages, basics designing skills using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop or relevant software is an advantage
  • Personable, presentable and articulate
  • An excellent networker
  • Eager to contribute new ideas and be up to date with the latest beauty trends
  • Quick-thinking and adaptive in a high-paced environment
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexible with extended hours during certain time periods
