BIM Drafter

• Drafting and modelling M&E services.

• To comply with BIM executive plan and BIM Project workflow criteria.

• Report regularly to BIM Lead / Engineer on the progress of work.

• Perform BIM Modelling for specific design discipline under the supervision / direction of BIM Lead / Engineer.

• Ensure models / drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM project workflow criteria / checklist.

• Preparation and submission of shop drawings for schematic drawings, layout plans, standard installation drawings, section drawings, 3D drawings, etc.

• Preparation as built drawings submission.

• Knowledge in Revit MEP (BIM) and AutoCAD software is a must.

• Ability to work under pressure and at a very tight work schedule.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or with BIM Certifications.

• Experience in BIM 360 and/or Project Wise is of an advantage.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the industry

• Some knowledge in the use of BIM tools for design / construction documentation.

• Able to use BIM tools to perform drawing and design work.

• Possesses good interpersonal skills for BIM coordination and collaborative processes.

• Interest in working using software and technologies and BIM model creation.
