  • Introduce services and recommend suitable packages to walk-in customers
  • Identify and execute strategies to increase customer expenditure and achieve sales target
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers
  • Front desk duties including attending to guests/customers and cashiering
  • Attend to customers calls and emails on enquiries/feedbacks/appointments
  • Assist to handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide administrative and clerical support from time to time
  • Experience in similar role preferred (Receptionist/ Retail Sales/ Spa Consultants/ etc)
  • Positive attitude and possess excellent interpersonal skills with sound judgement ability to handle different situations
  • Sales driven, confident, self-motivated, service oriented, initiative, leadership skills an added advantage
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
