Job Description

• Create and execute placement strategies by facilitating specific tactics and frameworks in order to contribute to planogram development.
• Efficiently enhance macro space planning through a customer-centric approach to improve sales & space productivity.
• Ensure that the overall allocation of regular shelves to each category are managed well.
• Managing schedule, process & timeline of planogram change to ensure seamless execution.
• Keep updated with category trends and work with Merchandising to capitalize on related business opportunities.
• Work closely with suppliers on the design of fixtures.

The Successful Applicant

• A Bachelor’s Degree in in Business Admin, Retail Management or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
• Well-informed about market trends as well as consumers needs and behaviour.
