Accounts Executive

JOB ROLE DESCRIPTION

You assist the accountant in credit and inventory management and timely closely of month end accounts. You are also involved in the implementation of any ERP and process improvement project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide statement of accounts and aged reports to sales and customers for debtors collection

• Record and update customers’ receipts on timely basis

• Assist in the credit management and issuance of credit notes to customers

• Liaise with operations in performing inventory checks and monthly stock reconciliation for month end closing

• Preparation of exchange rate and documents for overseas payments.

• Analyse bank balances movements and bank reconciliation for month end closing

• Actively involved in the ERP implementation and system migration

• Liaise with operations in ensuring proof of deliveries are received on timely basis

• Handle customers’ queries regarding invoices

• Any other duties as assigned
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification: Certified Accounting Technician or Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent

• Experience : At least 3 years’ work experience in FMCG, or relevant experience

• Proficient in Navision or ERP accounting software is a plus

• A meticulous and detailed person who has good interpersonal skills
