Our client is an established UK engineering company.

We are looking for a 1 Year Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in the APAC Regional Office in Singapore.

About the role

Reporting to the APAC Head of Human Resources, you will focus on recruitment activities across all functions in the region.

• Responsible for sourcing talents for offices across the region
• Develop and roll out sourcing strategies for pipelining of talents
• Conduct end to end hiring activities from sourcing, screening, interviewing to facilitating onboarding
• Provide continuous improvement and make suggestions to improve the staffing process and policies

Job Requirements

• Degree or HR related certification
• At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience in industrial sectors preferred
• Proactive, resourceful, hands on, good influencing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
